Safe Access: The last 200 meters of the road to the villa is a steep and concrete road; therefore, transportation by car is preferred.

Fully equipped modern American kitchen; equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set and all cooking utensils.

Living Room:
The bright and spacious living room offers a modern living space with comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Note: A short stay fee of 4,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Heating: Between November 1st and May 1st, pool and sauna are 3,000 TL per day, in other months pool heating is off, sauna is active and can be used free of charge.

Deposit:
The deposit fee for Villa Sea Pro is 5,000 TL. This fee is taken before check-in and is refunded upon check-out, provided that there is no breakage, damage or missing items in the villa. You can make your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
(Guests are kindly requested to comply with the specified hours so that the villa can be completely cleaned for the next guests.)

Since the villa is located far from the city center, public transportation service is not provided. You can get support from our sales consultants for paid transfer or car rental options.
