The villa’s pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly once a day (morning or evening).

Pricing & Deposit:

Short Stay Fee: A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is applied for rentals under 7 nights.
Deposit: 5,000 TL (Taken before check-in, refunded if returned undamaged upon check-out). Deposit payments can be made in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros at the current exchange rate.
