• A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure

• A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required prior to your arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage, breakage, or loss occurs during your stay.
• Deposits can also be made in USD, GBP, or Euros based on current exchange rates.
