Short Stay Fee: For stays under 7 nights, an extra 4,000 TL cleaning fee is applied.
Pool Heating Fee: Charged as 1,250 TL per day.
Underfloor Heating Fee: Charged as 1,750 TL per day.
Deposit Procedure
A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at check-in.
If there is no damage, loss or breakage in the villa upon check-out, the fee is refunded.
Deposit payments can be made in TL, USD, GBP or EUR according to the current exchange rate.
