Rental and Additional Information

• Short Stay Fee: A fee of 8,000 TL is required for stays shorter than 7 nights.
• Pool Heating Fee: Weekly pool heating fee is 11,400 TL.

Deposit Procedure

A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon arrival and will be refunded on departure, provided there is no damage, loss, or breakage in the villa. Deposits can also be paid in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rates.
