Reservation and Accommodation Conditions


Reservation Process


Villa Selection: Select one of the conservative, luxury, honeymoon, seaside, sea view, heated pool, economic villa or apartment options and specify the dates you want to rent.

Advance Payment:


A 20-35% down payment of the total fee must be made to finalize your reservation.
Advance payment is deposited into the company account by bank transfer or credit card.
Payment must be made within 1 business day for reservations with short dates and within 2 business days for reservations with long dates.
Reservation Confirmation: A written confirmation (fax or e-mail) is sent within 24 hours after the down payment is received. This document indicates:
Total fee,
Received deposit,
Reservation dates.
Remaining Payment: The remaining fee is collected in cash upon delivery of the villa, after the contract is signed.


Villa Delivery and Controls
Check-in Time: 16:00 (afternoon).
Check-out Time: 10:00 (morning).
Villas are cleaned and checked before entry.
A fixed asset count is made at the entrance to the villa and a deposit is taken. The deposit is returned after the check-out.


Pool and Garden Maintenance
Daily maintenance is done by the team on duty early in the morning.
Cleaning is provided before the villa entrance. In case of extra cleaning request, fee: 1,000 - 5,000 TL.
Services Included in the Price:
Electricity, water, bottled gas,
Pool and garden maintenance,
VAT included.
(Since the villas do not have a business status, real estate income is declared, therefore an invoice cannot be issued.)


Pet Policy

Pets are not accepted in the villas unless otherwise stated.

Customer Responsibilities


Residential Use: Furniture and equipment must be used cleanly and carefully.
Damage Notification: In case of damage, the company must be notified immediately.
Damage Compensation: Damage or lost items are paid upon delivery of the villa.
Respect for the Environment: Neighbors must not be disturbed, and noise must not be made in the surrounding area.
Legal Compliance: The villa cannot be used for illegal activities in any way.
Maximum Number of Guests:
The maximum number of people that can stay in the villa should not be exceeded.
Children and babies should be included.
In case of excess people, an extra fee may be requested or the excess guests may be asked to leave the villa.
True Declaration: The customer undertakes that the information provided during the reservation is correct. The company is not responsible for problems arising from false statements.


Own Health and Safety Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for their own health and safety during the stay.
