Villa Rental Conditions


PARTIES AND PURPOSE

This contract is made between the customer (renting the villa/apartment) and kalkanholiday.co.uk (renting the villa/apartment) for the purpose of renting a villa/apartment within the specified date range. The customer and their companions who make a reservation via the website, phone or e-mail are deemed to have accepted the following conditions. In the event of a violation of the conditions, kalkanholiday.co.uk has the right to cancel the reservation, force the customer to leave the villa/apartment and not to refund the amounts paid.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT


Reservations can be made via the internet, phone or e-mail.
Deposit: Must be paid within 2 business days for distant dates and within 1 business day for close dates. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be canceled.
An amount up to %15 - 35% of the total fee will be taken as a deposit. The remaining payment and damage deposit must be paid in cash at the villa entrance.
Entry will not be made unless the rental agreement is signed before the villa/apartment entrance.
PRICES
Prices are weekly (7 nights) and payments can be made by EFT, money order or credit card.


RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS


In case of cancellations made 30 days or more before the villa check-in date, the prepayment will be refunded. In case of cancellations made 30 days or less before the villa check-in date, no refund will be made.
In case of cancellations due to global epidemics such as Covid-19, the prepayment will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled by kalkanholiday.co.uk , an equivalent villa/apartment will be offered to the customer. If not accepted, the amount paid will be refunded.


ENTRY AND CHECK-OUT OF THE VILLA/APARTMENT


Check-in time: 16:00
Check-out time: 10:00

In case of early check-out, the deposit cannot be refunded without checking the villa. The deposit will be sent to the bank account.


VILLA/APARTMENT CAPACITY
The capacity is limited to the number of people specified during the reservation. Accepting additional guests requires written approval and an additional fee.
In case of exceeding the capacity, the reservation may be canceled.


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Entry cleaning is included. Weekly cleaning is free for stays of 2 weeks and above.
Additional cleaning requests are subject to a fee.
The assigned personnel must be allowed to enter the villa for maintenance.


DOMESTIC RULES
Pets are not allowed (unless otherwise stated).
Smoking is prohibited in closed areas.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The deposit is taken in cash at the entrance of the villa and returned after the inspection at the exit.
If the damage exceeds the deposit, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.


RESPONSIBILITIES
kalkanholiday.co.uk delivers the villa clean and ready for use. Any problems are tried to be resolved within 48 hours.
kalkanholiday.co.uk is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, theft or incidents caused by the customer.


FORCE MAJEURE
The contract may be terminated unilaterally due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, war.

COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be reported during the stay. No responsibility is accepted for complaints made after the stay.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Personal information is not shared with third parties. Necessary measures are taken for data security, but no responsibility is accepted for breaches resulting from attacks.

Customers who accept these contract terms and make a reservation are deemed to have accepted all terms. In case of breaches, kalkanholiday.co.uk has the right to cancel the reservation and not to refund the payment.
