1. How Can I Make a Reservation?
Check the dates you want to stay from the calendar section on the detail page of the villa you want to rent.
If the dates are suitable, click the "Make a Reservation" button and select the date range according to the minimum stay.
After determining the number of people who will stay, we will receive your request.
After your request is approved, the reservation document and the credit card or bank transfer/EFT link will be sent to you for payment.
After your payment, the details about the villa you will stay in will be sent via SMS.
2. How Much Do I Need to Pay for Villa Reservation?
15% to 35% of the total villa price is taken as a down payment for the reservation.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
The remaining amount is collected on the day you check in to the villa.
3. How Many People Can We Accommodate?
The person capacities and bedroom numbers of the villas are specified on the villa detail pages on our website.
1 child or infant between the ages of 0-6 can stay free of charge.
4. What is included in the price?

Electricity, water, wifi, bottled gas usage.
Pool and garden maintenance expenses.
Cleaning service at the entrance to the villa.

Note: If you request extra cleaning service, you must inform the company 1 day in advance. This service is subject to a fee.

5. Do You Have a Meal Service?
There is no meal service in the villas.
However, you can prepare any meal you want in the fully equipped kitchens.
In addition, barbecue facilities are available in all villas.
You can order takeaway from nearby restaurants.
6. How Far is the Villas from the Sea?
The distances of the villas to the sea, markets, restaurants and the city center are specified on the detail pages.
